Zapier or Power Automate — which one do we need?
It depends on your systems. Zapier connects to a huge range of apps and is brilliant for mixed software environments; Power Automate is the natural fit if your business runs on Microsoft 365. We work with both and will recommend whichever suits your stack — sometimes it's a mix.
Will our automations break when an app updates?
Occasionally a connected app changes something, yes — which is why we monitor every workflow we build and fix issues as part of the managed service, usually before you'd have noticed anything.
Which processes are the best candidates for automation?
Anything repetitive, rule-based and frequent: data entry between systems, standard emails and follow-ups, report generation, approvals, onboarding steps. If someone does it the same way every week, it's probably a candidate. Discovery is where we find out.
Do we need to buy new software?
