Our story
DigiSys — Digital Systems Aus Pty Ltd — is an Australian technology company with a simple promise: empower your business, and we'll handle the tech. We design, build and manage the systems modern businesses run on, from websites and Microsoft 365 through to AI solutions, process automation, penetration testing and secure Australian hosting.
We began as Digital Systems Australia, and as our customers grew, so did we — evolving into Digital Systems Aus Pty Ltd to serve larger customers and bigger workloads without losing the plain-spoken, hands-on way we've always worked. Today we support businesses at every stage, from a single managed website to organisations that trust us with their entire technology stack.
The breadth is deliberate. Technology problems rarely stay in their lane — a website question becomes a CRM question, an email question becomes a security question — and businesses shouldn't need a different provider for each. Because one team covers AI, automation, online presence, cybersecurity and hosting, you get answers instead of hand-offs, and one partner accountable for the lot.
Behind the scenes, everything we manage runs through Pulse, our internal service-management platform. Every service, licence and hosted resource is tracked from the day it's provisioned to the day it's retired — which is why our billing is accurate, our monitoring catches problems early and nothing gets forgotten. You see the customer-facing side of that discipline in the Customer Portal, where your services, licences and invoices are always visible and payable online.

Co-founder & Director — Network & Security Architect
Bryan leads the design and build of the networks and infrastructure our customers run on — office, cloud and everything in between. Every environment DigiSys manages is engineered with reliability and security decided at the design stage, not bolted on afterwards.
Fred Khalili
Co-founder & Director — Cyber Security Architect
Fred heads our security practice, including PenShield, our subscription penetration-testing service. He sets the standard for how customer systems are tested, hardened and monitored, and turns security findings into plain-English priorities that business owners can act on.
